A news agency report published in good faith on 3 December suggested that the parents of teenagers attending a party in west London where Isobel Jones-Reilly died had been informed that adults would not be present.
We are happy to clarify that, while some of the parents had been told, Isobel’s parents had not.

An article on 14 December about a recently discovered letter written by Queen Victoria said that Leopold Saxe-Coburg was the father of Victoria’s late husband Albert. In fact Leopold was Albert’s uncle.
